You're entitled to a partial refund if your news story cannot be published on specific media outlets.
The article writing service package is refundable before starting. The writing research add-on is not refundable.
Publishing packages and publishing add-ons are fully refundable only before publishing begins.
Additional refunds or re-publishing are available in case of inaccuracies caused by the Web3 Wire team.
Crypto and PayPal account refunds are instant. Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfer refunds can take up to ten business days.

If, for any reason, we cannot publish your news story on the news outlets included in your chosen news network, you will be entitled to a full refund. In this case, we may offer the option to redo the order. However, you will always have the opportunity to get a full refund in this situation if you would prefer.
If, for any reason, we cannot publish your news story on a specific news outlet that is a part of your chosen publication package, you will be entitled to a partial refund relative to the outlet.
If you decide to cancel your order during the writing process, our policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Here's what happens:
Full Refund of Publishing Package and Add-ons: You will receive a complete refund for any costs associated with the package and additional publishing add-ons. These fees will be fully refunded if you have paid for services beyond the article's writing, such as publishing or marketing services.
Forfeiture of Writing Package Fee: The cost of the writing package and writing add-ons, however, are non-refundable. This is because we allocate these funds immediately to our writers, who begin working on your project as soon as your order is placed. The non-refundable nature of the writing package fee compensates our writers for the time and effort they have invested in your project up to the point of cancellation.
By initiating a refund during the writing process, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. While you will forfeit the writing package fee, you will still be entitled to the full reimbursement of any additional publishing-related expenses you may have incurred.
Refunds requested during the publishing process will be denied.
We cannot stop a publication that is in process, and we cannot recoup the costs of publishing an article. Please review your article thoroughly before sending it to us or approving it for publication.
We make every effort to ensure that your article is free of errors. However, you should always check:
If the text of the article you provided us or approved does not match the live publications. In that case, you can request a free removal and republish.
This policy does not cover a difference in the publication's formatting or the placement of images and videos because each news site controls these.
If your news story is not published on the minimum number of news sites in your package, you will be entitled to a full refund per our money-back guarantee.
All other reasons for a refund will be considered but not guaranteed.
Refunds will be approved or denied based on this policy within 2 business days of receiving your request.
Credit Card Refunds normally will be back on your card within 5 - 10 business days.
PayPal Refunds will instantly appear in your account once we have processed them. If you paid with your PayPal balance, the funds should be available immediately after we process them. If you paid using a card or bank account, the funds are usually available after five business days but can take longer, depending on your bank.
Refunds will always be sent back to the PayPal account, bank account, or card you used when making the payment. We are not able to process refunds to a different account.
